Born in 1937 in Dalian, Manchuria. Fascinated by Ukiyo-e, Kurosaki began making woodblock prints around '65 and is presently Professor of the Printmaking Course at Kyoto Seika University. He has exhibited widely and received many awards including the Grand Prix at the Seoul International Print Biennale in '83. Amongst his published works are ÅgContemporary Woodblock PrintÅh(Bijitsu Shuppan Sha),ÅgWoodblock PrintÅh(NHK Shuppan) andÅgMaking Paper ArtÅh(Rikuyosha). |
