Born in Shimane in 1946, SaitoÅ| has exhibited widely in Japan, Norway, Spain and the U.S.A. Since '81 he has exhibited every year at the Japan Print Association Show. Awarded a prize at the 4th Cadaques International Miniprint in '85, he exhibited at the Maastricht International Graphic Biennale in '93 and received the Award for Excellence at the Seoul International Print Biennale in '94. He was awarded the Purchase Prize at the Ostrow Wielkopolski '01 in Poland this year. |
