Hiraki received his MFA from Tama Art University in 1983. He received the Association Prize at the Japan Print Association Show in '83, the Encouragement Prize at the Nikki-kai Exhibition in '91 and the Members Prize in '94. In '97 he was awarded a research grant to study in London from the Cultural Agency. He received the Museum Prize in the '98 Tokyo International Miniprint Triennale. |
